What is CMRA and Form 1583?

CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency) is a licensed mail receiving service. Form 1583 is a USPS form confirming that you authorize us to receive mail on your behalf. Required for all virtual addresses.

Can I use this address for an LLC?

Yes. It's a real street address (not a P.O. Box), accepted for business registration, bank accounts, obtaining an EIN, and IRS correspondence.

Can I get an address in another state?

Currently only Northridge, California. One location means maximum attention to every client.

How do I register from abroad?

Upload your passport + a second photo ID. Form 1583 must be notarized — this can be done via online notarization services such as Notarize.com.

How quickly is mail scanned?

Within 1 business day of receipt. The PDF and AI summary are emailed to you immediately after scanning.

How does mail forwarding work?

Request it through your account dashboard. You pay the actual USPS rate + $3.5 handling. Multiple pieces can be combined into one shipment.

What if my balance runs out?

Mail will keep arriving — we hold it for up to 6 months free of charge. Scanning pauses until you top up. You'll receive a low-balance notification in advance.

Are there cancellation fees?

None. Use your remaining balance and leave whenever you want. No penalties, no hidden terms.

How do top-up bonuses work?

Add $50 and get a +10% bonus on your balance. Add $100 and get +20%. The bonus is applied instantly.
